KALAMA ESTABLISHMENTS
The route starts from the end of Makrigiali beach. The first stop is in Prasoudi where there are ruins of an early Christian basilica. The route continues to the opposite shore and then after the cruise of the bay Valtos there is an entrance for a walk in the old riverbed of Kalamas. The exit takes place at Papadia with the condition that we can drag the boat for a few meters on the sandy beach since the old riverbed does not have direct contact with the sea. Next stop is at the adjacent organized beach where we start for the return leg. The return reserves the best part of the route. The cave located at the opposite end of the island of Prasoudi.
