In the traditional and very picturesque Plaisio Filiaton are preserved several important churches. The church of Prophet Ilias was restored in the 19th century. the main church has impressive carved icons, made in line with the tradition of the village, in Odessa, Russia. It is decorated with frescoes from the first half of the 20th century and a large number of
artifacts, including icons, sacred vessels and embroidery, dedicated to the famous lady-Basilica. In a silver tray, as a special blessing, part of the holy relics of St. Euphemia, which came from Constantinople, are still preserved. Important monuments are also the church of St. Paraskevi, the oldest church of the village with well-preserved frescoes, and the
church of St. Georgios, with beautiful and rare ornaments of the templon.
